My favorite brand


For me, my favorite brand is 'Ali-pay'. It's a sub-brand of 'Alibaba', and it's kind of like 'paypal' in north America. 'Ali-pay' is a  very popular phone app among the young generation in China. In western countries, people do not bring a lot of cash when hanging out but bring their debit or credit cards. However, in China, with 'Ali-pay', we even do not need to bring our card, but only with our phones. 'Ali-pay' could be bundled with all of the banks of China and all of the overseas visa cards. We can put money in our 'Ali-pay', or just pay from the cards bundled with 'Ali-pay'. Especially in recent China, 'Ali-pay' is used in most of the shops, restaurants,hotels or other places that could be consumed. Even though, now I am in Canada,I  still could use 'Ali-pay' to purchase the products I want in some places, like' Holt Renfrew' , some Chinese restaurants, and some auto shops. Also, 'Ali-pay' provided with a service called 'Yuebao', it's like an e-saving account, you could withdraw your money all the time, and the interests it pay are even higher than the banks do. Besides, it's fairly safe, the password of payment is needed every time you want to purchase for your products or services. The online shopping website bundled with 'Ali-pay' is the  biggest one in China, and your money will be taken from the merchants when you receive the the products you buy, and if you are not satisfied with the product, you could return anytime. The service of 'Ali-pay' provides me with not only the convenience of shopping online, but also makes my daily life more easy. This is the reason I like 'Ali-pay' the most. It's more comprehensive than their peer companies, and it almost cover the needs of people's life.

My understanding to retailing and wholesaling From one week study of retailing and wholesaling, I think retailing is a variate, it changes all the moment, and those changes are absolute, and the invariant is relative. The improvement of economy promotes the development of retailing, thus making the corresponding arrangement needed. The structure of products, the organization and some other issues are all included in the arrangement. Otherwise, it will be weeded out by the marketing competition. Personal Reflection of week5

What do I learn from teamwork? There is a Chinese song called' Working together is power'. In nowadays society, as series of knowledge and technology is getting developing, the competition among human beings is getting strong. Our society is now diversified, we are pushed to work in a fairly complicated circumstance. In a lot of conditions, we could not work or finish the task by ourselves. That's why team work is needed. Firstly,teamwork makes me become more outgoing and easygoing. I could learn to work and communicate with different kinds of people, thus developing my social ability. Secondly, sometimes my opinions might distinguish from others, then we could communicate more about this. It not only helps us to find out where the problem is, but also could prevent from establishing unfriendly relationship. Personal Reflection to Consumer Decision Process from week 3.

I always thought that buying a thing is just as simple as I paying my money for what I want. After learning the conceptions of consumer decision process, I found that it's not that simple as I used to think. The five steps of the process actually exist in my daily life. Problem recognition, could be a conclusion for behaviors when some needs or demands come out. When I recognize that I need something, I might start make decision if or What I should buy something to satisfy my demands. As for information search could be explained that if I want to buy a new laptop, I might start to search the information of laptop which would satisfy me.
